Lakeside took 14 high school students to Franklin, TN for CIY. These students engaged in deep conversations through knowing that God’s story is still being written in their lives! Read more

Missions

Missions Honduras Medical Mission Trip. A team of Lakesiders arrived in Honduras May 29th and will be working for about a week with the Lenca people through a medical clinic, a church leaders meeting, a women’s ministry and a building project. Pray that the Good News will be proclaimed with words and actions. Lincoln Christian University Day. On June 24, Dr Bob Monts, associate professor of Christian Ministry at Lincoln Christian University will be our guest at Lakeside. Dr. Monts will be leading our Saturday seminars on marriage and parenting on June 16th and 23rd. Then on Sunday, June 24, Dr. Monts will be bringing our message and will have an LCU display in the lobby. Read more

Teacher Appreciation Week!

Lakeside has had the great privilege to celebrate teachers and staff at Lee Elementary recently during Teacher Appreciation Week! We have loved pouring out encouragement, snacks, and gifts as we celebrate all that they do at Lee and how they impact the lives of their students daily. Read more

Annual Meeting Reports and Results

On February 18, at the Lakeside Annual Meeting, Annual Report booklets covering 2017 were made available. For the meeting, the 2017 treasure's report was approved by our trustees and the 2018 budget was accepted. The 2017 elders recommended a slate of Elders and Trustees for 2018 which were affirmed by the congregation. Elders include Mike Hannah, Steve Helm, Nathan Jones, Walter Lack, JD Stevenson and Jon Morrissette. Trustees affirmed were Glen Garrison, Derek Rhoads, Norm Smith and Ben Snider. Read more
